University Home is a condominium managed as a dormitory and operated as a hotel, a condormitel. The project offers various first-rate amenities such as a study hall, lap pool, game area, sky garden, retail area, and parking area. The building is equipped with security features like CCTV cameras, turnstile, and key card access, providing regular security and protection to its residents.
University Home’s units are furnished with 4 beds and can be rented out on a per bed basis.
